how to avoid being banned in the game ?

Dont leave the bot going for hours and hours id probably say around 3-4 hours is good and stay away from heavily populated areas like dragons den seafoam and cerulean cave and just make sure you look every 10-20 minutes to see if any one messaged you and if someone did make up an excuse like you are watching tv while you play and got really involved in the show and didnt see the message or something. Thats pretty much it.
